83.3% of members with 11 or more years are Promoters, a 34.9 point gap over first-year members at 48.4%.
We compared responses to the question about likelihood to recommend NACMA membership (Q4) by how long respondents have been members (Q1), focusing on the Promoters group.
81.8% of those who agree that sponsors influence their attitudes are Promoters, a 36.6 point gap over those who disagree.
We compared responses to the sponsor attitude question (Q14) to likelihood to recommend NACMA membership (Q4), focusing on the Promoters group.
Members who are very satisfied with Revenue Generation resources are the most likely to be Promoters.
We compared satisfaction with revenue generation resources (Q2) to likelihood to recommend NACMA membership (Q4), focusing on the Promoters group.
78% rated access to research as very important or critical for their NACMA membership.
